Prompt and helpful. I asked for a Floral arrangement for my Wife to celebrate our fifty fourth Wedding Anniversary. Told them what I would like and they did an exceptional job. My Wife said it was one of the best bouquets I had ever gotten for her. Excellent job Williams Flowers!

I have ordered a few times from Williams. NEVER disappointed!!! They know I’m on the east coast (and sending to my west coast daughter) and always take the time to make sure they send the perfect arrangement to her. They are my first pick whenever I send flowers in Washington!

The flowers were great. They sent a photo of the completed bouquet before it was sent out for delivery. I really appreciated that. I will definitely use them again. Here are photos of the ordered vs actual. Very nice job.

It was a quick process to order a custom floral arrangement through the phone. I asked for a cat-friendly version of an arrangement I saw on their website. Only a few hours after I had made the order, they sent me the look of the arrangement before delivery the next day. It's not exactly one-to-one because of the requested flowers, but it's perfect for what I want. I'll update the review once it gets delivered. EDIT: So, I got the flowers delivered around 6pm today, but the flowers were sadly wilted and started decaying around the edges. I do understand that they were arranged the previous day as they had sent me a photo. But I wished they had removed the dirty water and replenished it before delivery at the very least. I ended up having to do it myself before presenting it to my mom for her birthday. I didn't know what to expect in terms of size, but it was a tad bit smaller than I expected. My sister thinks it was way too expensive compared to another place she knows, but then again, it was my first time ever ordering a bouquet. I did like talking to the person who took my order though. This is my I think third time arranging flowers through Williams Flower & Gift for mi amor that live actually lives in Kent. My goodness this has got to be the best top notch experience for the both of us. Transparent, QUALITY and most of all the BEST FLORIST service I've actually got to deal with. I also received an email this morning stating that "We are currently out of flowers in your chosen design. To ensure you still receive a beautiful arrangement, we are sending an upgraded bouquet with a similar style and feel that may be different flowers and colors." this is why I said exactly what I said. They went above and beyond. I'm really happy with what was hand delivered. My girlfriend loves it! 10/10 I'd do another arrangement to have flowers/roses get hand delivered again. Thank you guys!
